At EVISU, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium denim and apparel. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EVISU account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags, security seals, and authenticating labels attached back into the original shipping packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
